Sushi Club is Emerald Hospitality Group's pan-Asian fusion concept. two floors of Peterborough Court, in the heart of the City of London, where precision, fire, and flavour take centre stage. Above it all, a rooftop opens onto the London sky, where sunset cocktails, live music, and the city skyline turn every evening memorable.

Inside, the sushi counter and open Robata grill sit centre stage — chefs at work, flame and precision on full display. It's dining as theatre, built for watching as much as eating. Then the evening moves upward. The rooftop terrace opens onto the City of London — sunset cocktails, live music, and a skyline that doesn't stop giving.

Two counters anchor our kitchen — a dedicated sushi counter turning out high-precision Japanese fusion, and an open Robata grill working over charcoal. Nothing is hidden from the room.

Sushi Club is one of three restaurants at Peterborough Court. Casa Verde brings vibrant, energetic Italian flavour to the ground floor, and Wildfire, a Mediterranean open-fire grill where everything is touched by flame, completes the seventh — each a distinct world of its own.
